I want Song you want me to want me use of 2 tones as 7 chords?

HI
I was wondering in the song at a certain point the play B note on first string seventh fret and D note on 3rd string seventh fret and tey slide it from 8 to nineth fret ; is this a kind of 7 chord approach (in double stop?)
Please need some advice here, i heard it before but i cannot place it?
