Check the settings in your personal Profile. There is a place to specify how many days worth of posts get listed on your screen.
For instance: If there have been no posts in a particular forum in 4 days, and your profile is set to display all posts in the last 3 days, nothing will show up. Try setting your profile to show posts from the last 10 days or even 20 days.
Some of the forums are specialised to the point that no-one posts a question or an answer for days at a time. The WebMaster and the Moderators are looking into possibly combining some of the forums, in order to reduce this problem.
