Just a dumb newbe question about the forum

Hi everyone,
Being a newbe here, I'm still finding my way around the forum and have a question about PMs. How do I know if I have a message pending?

Some of the other forums I belong to have a message window up in the right side of the header to let you see if you have any messages. I don't see that here, or am I overlooking something?

Whenever I go to the forum, I see a little window in the upper right that says "Welcome, Slipin Lizard..." etc and my Private Messages status.

Maybe someone will send you a PM to see how it shows up.. I would, but not a full member.. It's been so long since I used PM I forget how it showed up..

I tried to send you a PM, but it says you have disabled them. Go to "Account" and "Edit Options" and you can turn them back on. :)

Ben,
I can't seem to find any option tab when I go into my acc info.
It just shows my user name, password, and that I'm a full member ect.
I sent an email to the help dept to see if they can help figure out why I'm not seeing anything.

I'll keep you posted.
