I just bought a (used)jim dunlop wah wah and it doesnt work. I dont know why, cause I played with it at the shop and it sounded perfect. What's the problem? is it the amp? the guitar? How should I connect it?

(I)just solve(d) the problem. I wasnt presing too hard (hard enough)...what an asshole (I can be)!

(top hatted: I hope the editing I've added in brackets brings out the true message of your post. Otherwise we are both in trouble!)

Who are you speaking to here? If you are upset that somebody didn't solve your problem fast enough, that's a really good way of getting someone to help. I could help troubleshoot with you, but I just can't be bothered with that kind of post.

i really have no idea but if you just add a "d" to the end of the "solve" you get a whole new meaning to the phrase. Just for peace sake, lets all assume that it was a typing error instead of a menacing message.

I think its important to bear in mind that English is not everyone's first language. Also, there is no spell-check function, so the language takes a beating on all fronts.

For my part, I've gotten so used to reading what the posts were meant to say, rather than what was actually written, that I didn't even consider the possibility that top hatted was angry at anyone but himself.

I will make a point of reading these things more closely.

and tophatted was annoyed at himself for not realising that you have to push the pedal so hard to switch it on and off.. lots of people have mentioned this problem on harmonycentral's review.. enough to make me think that Dunlop should/could install an easier to use switch.. That is the REAL point here, don't ya think?, we shouldn't get hung up on Lord's editing or tophatted's phraseology :D

Speaking of editin, it appears that i've run out of tablets again..
Accuracy,you say? hmm interesting concept..
