Speed of lessons

Is there a way to slow down some of the lessons? When showing the leads to songs it hard to follow.

The Enounce MySpeed software will let you slow down (or speed up) any flash video that you view on the web (YouTube, Guitar Tricks etc.).

It works pretty well, does what it's supposed to do, but isn't free unfortunately. You can get a free trial for 7 days though, to see if you like it.
