Any suggestons on some slip free pics. Problem that I have is my pic is positioned where I hold it and when I play say practicing chord progressions over and over it slips location in my fingertips. Now is this just something that is a strength builing thing my pick holding fingers or is there a better way. I have experimented with both star pics (star hole in the middle) and a cats tounge pic but I lose pics and thier not so easy to find but seem to work well staying where I put them. Any other suggestions.

have you tried Dunlop Jazz III's (they are red or black)? there are Jazz III XL or just the regular smaller Jazz III. They have raised text on them that really helps keeping them in place.

You can always use some tape or substance that prevents your fingers from slipping. There are also fat picks that have some kind of finger holes in them, those are useful.
