Don Ross! Trust me on this man. He's a Canadian and probably pretty unknown outside of this country, but he's won championships all over the world. I saw him live a few weeks ago and he was amazing. Give him a try.

I would suggest getting an instructional video on fingerpickin, it is hard to learn listening to it, i am a host on guitartricks under Terry Couch, i have 3 or 4 fingerpickin licks on there but its still hard to learn if you cant see what they are doing with there pickin fingers, i love fingerpickin style, keep practicing.

As a classical player, I abhore the feel of steel against bare fingertip (nylon against nail is more my cup of tea), but nevertheless fingerpicking is great to listen to.

Learn landslide my Fleetwood Mack. An amazing song, and some reasonably challenging picking
