Where to go?
I am wanted to play more of a ska or island feal music. My problem in this lesson is it is making me go to Rock, Blues, or country. What one should I go to that will be closer to the kind of music i want to play.

You're right that there's mostly rock, blues, and country on the site so far, but we're working on getting an extensive library of all kinds of music. However, a lot of the rock and blues techniques can be applied to ska as well.

Since reggae has it's roots in New Orleans rhythm'n blues I would go to the blues section, why not start where the originators started?! Anders even has lessons on the New Orleans style. This will give you a solid foundation to build your playing on.
