What is the difference between Rock and Jazz?

Rock is 3 chord in front of thousands of people, Jazz is thousands of chords in front of 3 people.

This may be an old joke but it was new to me.

Haha, haven't heard that one before. The only music joke I know is probably.....inappropriate. Old enough to where people probably know it anyways.

I know, Am = "A minor". I'm just used to putting the flat in front from standard notation.
