Open D

Can anyone provide blues songs in Open D (with slide) for beginners.

Just getting into this tuning. Having some easy songs to get under my belt would be great.

Eh well, since no one else yet has given you anything, ill at least provide this:

Its not really blues, I guess you could at least argue thats its a tad jazz. And it doesn't really involve a slide (I suppose you could incorporate one into the song somewhere, eh). And its not completely open D, yet open D minor (meaning the F is natural rather than sharped).

So all in all, its not at all what your looking for : /

But you may enjoy it and want to learn it anyway. Funny enough, its actually a Progressive Death Metal band; you probably wouldnt have guessed from that song.

I can give you a pretty good powertab if your interested.

These tunes are in DADGAD, which is close to open D, but with a slightly different feel. You might have fun checking it out, for bluesy stuff.
"Swamp Thing" has an especially bluesy sound.
