A few guys were asking me to make a gear demo. I made one today. I will make a better one when I have more time.

My video camera must have a built in noise reduction or compressor in it. The guitar amp volumes are loud, but the camera mic doesn't let the sound breath. It makes some of the tones sound a lot worse and compressed than they are here in the room, then youtube compresses it even more, but what can you do?

Thanks!

I used to work for US Air, on airplanes. We had to run miles of wiring to all of the airplane instruments and other components.

This wiring is mainly just input to output, in to out, over and over. I made a couple of switch boxes to jump back and forth between clean and distortion tones.

I just sad down and wrote it all out on paper, then through trail and error kept messing with it until I got everything sounding the best that I could do.
