Just bought a Seymour Duncan TB-12 George Lynch Screamn' Deamon

Love the Duncan JB so much, had to give this a shot. Going to go into my new Kramer and replace the Mighty Mite I put in it. The Mighty Mite is a great pup, but, just had to give this a try. If I like it, I think I'll give the single coil versions of the Lynch pup a shot.

Put this in the Tone and Effects section because I'm tone chasing, rather that gear chasing. :)

As I understand it, George played with a Duncan Distortion durring his Dokken years. However, I think it was durring his later years Lynch Mob and later that he want to Seymour and asked for a custom pup.

That's what I've read from the scatterings of posts I've seen on various guitar and Lynch/Dokken related sites.

So what's your verdict on the screamin' demon? I've been thinking of getting one to put in my schecter blackjack to replace the jb in th ebridge.

Well the guitar that it went in just got painted and put back together. I've not had a whole lot of time to evaluate it, but I will say this.

It's not as bright as the JB. They both sound similar though.
