Lesson page target problem

Hello,

I found that from the page http://www.guitartricks.com/lesson.php?input=3554&c_id=1&ch_id=3 if I click on another lesson (on some the problem do not happen) using the Course Menu on the right we are redirected on a page showing nothing (or just a frame without any lesson content).

It's not a big problem since I notice it happens only when you are on that particular lesson http://www.guitartricks.com/lesson.php?input=3554&c_id=1&ch_id=3. I found that when I browsed Guitar Fundamentals 1 lessons list in order.

From here, if I click "Guitar Parts & Functions" on the right Course Menu, I am able to reproduce the bug described in the first post.
