Can I contribute lessons?

I've noticed that there are quite a few user-authored lessons along with regular, instructor-made ones available in the lesson area. I have some practice licks, riffs etc that I wrote myself and I can share with them with the rest of the site if they'll be of any use.

So, if I can contribute lessons, how do I do it?
