I have the worst guitar in the world (fender strat) and i had to set the strings on it really high at the bridge because otherwise i get loads of fret buzz whitch makes it really hard to play.
Can anyone please help me here?!! Will ajusting the truss rod help? If so how should i ajust it? Please help me!!

There are a few things that would help.
Truss Rod adjustment Fret Filing Bridge adjustment Nut adjustment
I would highly recommend taking it into a guitar shop and paying for an all around tune up...shouldn't cost more than $35 tops. If you don't know how to do these things please do not try because you can make it so much worse if you don't know what you're doing.
