There are a few things that would help.

Truss Rod adjustment
Fret Filing
Bridge adjustment
Nut adjustment

I would highly recommend taking it into a guitar shop and paying for an all around tune up...shouldn't cost more than $35 tops. If you don't know how to do these things please do not try because you can make it so much worse if you don't know what you're doing.
