Does anyone have a good website for guitar tabs. I'm 38 and just starting to play the guitar, well if you want to call it playing. I have only been doing this a couple of months. Im not doing to bad, I just have alot more cords to learn.

Thanks everyone.

Just make sure the tab got a good rating. A lot of them are quite awful honestly, which is a plus because learning by ear is more helpful anyways. Please do yourself a favor and learn all the notes on the fretboard. That is my utmost regret after playing for a few years.

Go to http://www.power-tab.net/ and download the PowerTab Editor. Yes, it is 100% free and in my humble opinion, it is excellent. You can then get tabs at http://www.powertabs.net/ or www.ultimate-guitar.com.

Give it a try and give us your thoughts.

I'm with Kirk - Powertab is excellent in my opinion. The midi playback can be a useful guide as well....
