Anyone up for helping a guy in need? It would be a real challenge to guitar teachers
Ok here's the thing. I have been playing guitar for a year now, a little over a year, and I have a lofty goal. I wish to become one of the greatest metal guitarists in the world. Now it's a little sad that I am coming to a website for help with my dilemma, but I am at a loss, so any help would be more than appreciated.I play guitar every single day, but I have one issue. I have a mild nuero muscular condition that causes muscle tension. It's more pronounced in my lower extremeties, but it still effects my hands slightly..which is just enough to cause me problems with playing the guitar, as we all know it'swbest to remain relaxed and whatnot. I just want to know, is there any strectches/excercises or anything (techniques, practice runs ect ect) that could help this? Something to help push muscle memory into my fingers better, ect ect? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
