while the TMI factor is through-the-roof on this article, i generally stand behind celebrities, or anyone in a position of power, to discuss conservationism. while im not going to get into arguments with people over how much electricity al gore really uses in his mansion, i will just say this: al gore used his power in an extremely influential way, and his efforts alone have at least made people think about changing their habits. i cant expect the guys on the podium to do exactly what i want them to do 100% of the time, but im really glad that more and more newsworthy people are spreading the gospel, regardless if they follow it or not.
