Hm... 200 bones isn't much to work with for acoustic guitars. They're very pricey instruments... Unlike electrics they're generally a lot more labor intensive when they're being made so there's not much middle ground as far as quality. You either get a stellar instrument or you get a chep instrument. There are some out there.... Check musiciansfriend.com to get an idea of what's available in your price range.
