lawyers gone wild

i saw the video of the alledged smack....the kid pulled on the back of tiggers head and tigger lightly pushed him away with his paw on the cheek.....in an interview i saw the dad said tigger sucker punched him....funny cause the kid was laughing the entire time on the video before and after the "sucker punch"----the dad said they went to the friggin' hospital and the kid said he was still in pain but he took pills for the it and it was better now...it was so obvious his dad is a crook. they want to sue Disney :rolleyes:

Disney will probably settle this one out of court due to Tigger taking a poke @ the kid.

I gotta tell you, as a litigation claims examiner for an insurance company, I've got plenty of experience with this sort of thing. You're right. Disney will most likely try to settle out on this for no other reason than to avoid the publicity. However, since the press has it already, they might take the chance. They are a beloved American institution and if the lawsuit is venued in Florida or California where they are a HUGE employer, they could win.

This is so typical. Their lawyer will never let the insurance company talk to the kid UNTIL suit has been filed. It's harder to control children and what they say. They are honest, God bless them, and would say 'I'm okay'. No, this about Dad wanting to make a buck.

And, it ruined their family holiday.... :rolleyes:

I'd punch that kid... nice one tigger... next time, knock him out.... :D

That kid needs to stop playing video games and grow a pair. I bet he didn't care untill his dad got into it.

Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that Tigger was accused of touching a 13 year old girl's breast?

I imagine the padded paws were the reason he didn't get found guilty... He probably didn't even know he was doing it....

u cant entirely blaim the kid.

but the dads a frickin crook who should be given to the tiger as food.
