Well frick, son, if you find a cure for that, you let me know. I also get angry at slight inconveniences, but I lash out. Every time I'm changing strings on my guitar, for example, I'm pretty much guaranteed to break something out of frustration. One time I punched a hole in my wall. When I changed strings just last week, I slammed my fist on my desk so hard I'm pretty sure I nearly broke my hand. I don't know why, but changing strings just gets me super-pissed at everything.
