Can you guys give me your impressions on this and offer some advice on what I could do to improve it.

I did it with a guitar synth using SampleTank and wanted to ask a few things like..
does it sound natural enough... does it flow properly...

Like, what would you do to improve it?

Another question... I composed this myself.
Does it sound original or ripped off?

Wow, it sounds very good. It flows nice and has a happy, yet sad feeling to it.

As far as improving it, it depends on what your trying to do with this. It would be awesome intro or outro music to anything from a Video game to a movie. Even to an album. Though I dont see it much as a single track, just because its music that creats mood. Kinda hard to explain.

It doesnt sound ripped off at all to me. Not exactly 100% original, but by no means ripped off.

Good composition.

I like it alot. Do you mind if I use it as a background track to practice soloing over?

Sounded great to me. It had a very nice flow to it. When you ask, does it sound natural, do you mean does it sound like a real string section? No... The higher section sound a bit too electronic. However, I don't think you'll get much closer than that though. Great job!

One of these days I'm gonna hire a real orchestra to do it with those big timpani drums and the huge cymbals they crash together.
No idea what to do with it. Maybe an introduction to a concert or something just before the band comes in :)
I'd love to hear it with a full orchestra and a choir section then blast the hell out of everybody with a power chord right at the end and a ton of flash pods.
