Building it from scratch? Finishing it and assembling one? Just putting the pieces together and wiring it up?

How much experience do you have with the things you plan on doing?

well im 16 so not enuff experiance but putting it buying parts and asembling more im know the layout but im not sure if im commited it whould be my first one i was thinking to put duncan '59, and deriz. evolution. with a floyd rose

I'd recommend buying all the parts you need and assembling it and not getting involved in the painting or woodworking, unless you really want to do that.

A good way to start would be with one of those kits you can get from various companies. Here are three popular ones:

Carvin Kit

WDMusic

Torres

And, of course, there's always Warmoth.

You'll be hard pressed to find a kit guitar with a floyd-style trem and you're probably better off just buying a guitar that already has one and building a guitar with a standard Strat-style trem or stop tailpiece unless you have lots of time, money and patience.
