I know my entry wasn't very good being my first ever recording (and horrible tone thanks to the Johnson J-Station) but I didn't know my entry was ineligible .

And even though I liked Julian's solo the best, he never acknowlegded that his sample was an offical entry  .

For me it was between Equator, CW14 and Cookie Monster. I liked Equator's take on this and thought he did it very well. CW14 also had an interesting version starting with a jazzy sound and style and finishing it off in a much harder rock effect and I thought it fit nicely. But in the end I picked Cookie Monster. I think all three where pretty close but I just liked Cookies the best.

Great stuff all around. Interesting to hear everyones rendition. I'm looking forward to this months entries.

For me, it came down to three. CW14, Cookie Monster and Julian Vickers. I really liked CW14s change at the end from a jazzy sound to a much harder rock sound, very cool. I liked Cookie Monster blues/funk approach very original and good chops to back it up. But in the end I had to go with Julian's track, I loved it from the moment I heard it.

My vote goes to Julian.
His phrasing and timing were right on the money.
Well done Julian.
Someday I`ll play like in my dreams.

Please, Magic, do not pay any attention to my vote on this thread, I'm sorry I voted twice, for some reason I thought they were two different things. My real vote goes to Cw, on the other thread, no offense Cookie Monster.

Once again Magic, sorry.
