A powerchord is a powerchord, once you can do one you can do em all. It's just a matter of sticking them together to create a riff. Is it riffs you're looking for or exercises? A riff that helped me when I started out was For Whom The Bells Tolls by Metallica (back in the day!), it's fairly simple but involves palm muting, rythmic strumming and moving power chords. Also it sounds cool;-)
All depends on what level you're at. If you want to take power chords to the extreme try working out some Death or Nocturnus!

Look up some tabs for these songs - they all use power chords:

"Freak" by Silverchair (probably one of the simplest metal tunes ever written!)

"Anthem for the Year 2000" by Silverchair (will help you get the hang of alternating between E-string and A-string power chords)

"Peace Sells" by Megadeth (great riff, and you can practice playing in Eb)

"Whiplash" by Metallica (uses a mixture of thrashed single notes and E-string power chords, and it's great for building up your speed. I always warm up with this song before I play any heavy metal)

"Ashes of the Wake" by Lamb of God (again, uses both single notes and power chords, and the use of the Middle Eastern scale makes this an extremely interesting tune to play)

"Wicker Man" by Iron Maiden (so simple, yet so much fun!)
"It's all folk music... I ain't never heard no horse sing!"
- Attributed variously to Leadbelly and Louis Armstrong

If at first you don't succeed, you are obviously not Chuck Norris.

i have several things that may help with your power chord difficulties. try looking up some stuff from chimera or iron maiden. both these guys use all kinds of power chords. also try tuning to drop D. if you do this you can experiment with power chords just by baring the first two strings. (biggest two). i also found that practicing sliding from one power chord to another in quick succession helps when u start developing ur own licks
