I hate winter!! It's -10 celcius which is 14 fahrenheit... Where is everyone from?, and is it warmer than where I am, which is Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.....

I need to dream of palm trees and beaches, and temperatures above freezing...

Here in Western PA, it's a balmy 22 degrees - snowing out and has been since around 4:00 or so. They are calling a winter storm advisory for the night into the morning right through the place where I have to drive on my hour and half commute to work!

Oh joy.

If I had listened to my mother, I would be an orthodontist with an office in the same town I live in...but NOOO, I had to be a goof and do things my own way....

Here in North Texas it was a blistering 72 today. It does snow here sometimes contrary to popular belief. But not today!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's like....minus 30 celcius here. Maybe colder now that it's night time. Southern Manitoba.
You go outside and practice screaming. We'll play music while you're gone.

We had a brief (one day) Chinook here, and it got up to +9C! Back down to -15 overnight, and then not much warmer than that for the rest of the week.

-30, eh? 'sucks to be you! :)

It's about +32 C here in Sydney. I could do with a bit of a cold snap right now!

Yeah, I've been told that prairie cold is not as bad as coast cold, because it's not so damp and bone-penetrating.

Remember last year (I think it was) when we had the -30 days for a couple weeks. Than this sommer, we had one of the hottest on record. I live in Ontario.

Ha, it was funny. I was watching an American channel (Rochester maybe?) and the weather guy was freaking out because it was going to be a freezing cold 20 degrees ferenheit.

In our parts we haven't had much snow this year, but lately the coldness is making up for it.....

After the time we got 90+cm (36in) of snow in one storm - anything would seem better than that... I was stuck in my house for three days before the snow plow even made it down my road. We called it White Juan because it was just four months after the Hurricane whipped through here....

I could take the snow - I just hate the bitter cold and that damn wind blowing off of the ocean...

I wish I was somewhere warm....like in my bed :)

Tomorrow: partly cloudy, slight chance of a rain shower. high 61F. Winds S at 10 to 20 mph.

yeah, that came straight from the weather channel website of my city in particular. woo hoo! I hate rain.. and we're supposed to have thunderstorms in about an hour or so, though they're not supposed to last for very long. who doesn't love california weather? though seriously, about a week or two ago we had snow at 600 ft. elevation by where I live. that's the first snow I've ever seen anywhere near where I live, and I've live here for 12 years.
