adjusting the action on a Floyd Rose equipped guitar isn't that easy. Most folks think you can just turn the two posts (that your trem is floating on) and raise it but the truth is this does not raise the rear of the trem and that's where people get frustrated. In fact you will have to adjust the two posts for height and also adjust the spring tension so the trem is at your desired position. I would loosen the springs (inside the guitar) by about 1/4 of a turn and raise the two posts about the same. Should stop the BUZZZZZZZZZZ

most shops wouldnt charge you to quickly fix that, or to tell you how to do it yourself.
unfortunately there are a few things that could cause that buzz, and while following the advice given my work for some problems, they might not for yours...
Check the nut as well...make sure that the groove in which the g string lies is not deeper than any of the others...this is quite a common problem on inexpensive/entry level guitars.

had that problem as well, at the shop I was told I shouldn't tighten the strings at the nut all the way :p but just to be certain I let them adjust my guitar and it sounds really beautifull now

btw, I got an Ibanez RG370DX if I'm not mistaken
