morse sound...

hey, anybody know how to get that steve morse distortion sound like what he uses in the living loud or deep purple dvds? i'm talking basic treb bass mid and gain settings here, but i have a ds1 and if that could help and u have a setting for that please help me i'm stumped on this guy...
