i was just wondering somthing i don't have a credit card or paypal, how would i get the money there and is there any way i could get it there the same day i live in Toronto, Canada and was also wondering if the 6 month membership for $30 is in Canadian or American money. i just want to be a member as soon as possible...... and i was also wondering if it has to be $30 for 6 months or can i have it for 4 months at $20

I think without paypal or a credit card you may have the option of sending GT a money order. It won't be same day but I'm sure they'll have you up and running as soon as possible. I'm sure all the fees are in US dollars. There is a sticky in the open discussion about gift certificates. It says you can get two free months so you should look into that.

Posting an email address on a website is bad. Spambots troll the web harvesting email addresses out of forums.
If you send $30 CAN check we will just convert it to USD, so no problem. You will get 5 months instead of 6.

Go to this page...... http://www.guitartricks.com/upgrade.php at the bottom click on paypal. It should take you to a page to sign in to paypal and then you just confirm the payment.

I have done that! but when i get into the paypal payment page; it asks me to add a credit card!

Have you verified your account? You can't send money unless you verify your account. I ran into that problem a couple of weeks ago. It says "to send money instantly, please add a credit card" right? Probably need to verify your account.

In some countries, paypal won't do a bank transfer, only a credit card payment. Maybe you are in one of those countries. If you are in U.S., you are just missing the "choose payment option" part of the paypal page.
If you want to pay directly via paypal, please send $30 for six months to my email address. Please don't send $5 for one month, it takes too long to track payments for that to be an econonmical way to do business.
