Can any one tell me how to get the tone that Kirk uses in Whiskey in the Jar???.......Octaver at certain parts right??

ive never heard whiskey jar but last night i was playing orion and found the settings for that.
the gain is somewhere around 7-8:00
treble- 3:00
mid- 10:00
bass- 5:00
no reverb, and of course its on the distortion channel, not the clean.
