I saw this on the UG forums and thought I'd start one here. I don't know if there already is one but it's called band logo exchange.
So what you do is list..
Name of the band
Music Style (rock, metal etc)
Any specifications for your logo.

And then people make you a logo and post it. Then you tell them what you think.
Hopefully it will work.

i hope we have some good logo designers on here or else it won't work.

Band Name: Random Poisoning
Metal/Rock
Specifications: Don't really have any except i would like a chunky metal effect.

I wouldn't mind a decent logo myself. I've tried several times with Photoshop but they all turn out looking like amateur versions of Spinal Tap advertisements.

I don't get how guys come up with these awesomely kewl logos using the same software.

My band has a pretty good logo, though none of us in the band designed it. The vocalist knows a guy online that's mediocre at drawing but when it comes to band logos he's unbeatable. So he whipped out something special for us.

You have to upload it in an online photo thing like www.photobucket.com
then copy the IMG tag and paste it.
