Oh yeah... I was a teenager once... I'm 21 now though... It's good because you get to buy alcohol... but it sucks that I can't really do the stupid stuff I use to or I will go to jail for the rest of my life. Also you learn about something called....... RESPONSIBILITY

What could you have possibly done as a teenager that could put you in prison for life? :eek:
Does it matter if there is any teenagers in here? I think everyone in here is cool as the next guy. :rolleyes:

When you're young, you do the stupid stuff because you don't know any better. It's fun at the time. As you get older, you get more responsibility; but you get more experience and hopefully gain wisdom as you go. You don't get as harsh of a punishment when you are young because you haven't matured enough to fully know right from wrong. Hopefully by the time a person is an adult they have learned from their mistakes because the punishments for crime goes up.

Things like building Works bombs (Works toilet bowl cleaner and tin foil balls inside a 20oz plastic pop bottle... shake until it gets hot... then run). We use to put them in peoples mail boxes. If you did it in town the whole street would fill up with smoke... We didn't just go putting them in anybodies mailboxes.... we only did it to people that we knew... mostly people that we didn't like or people that we wanted to get back at for something... Sometimes we'd just do it for the hell of it. But if I got caught doing that now... I would get destrcution of property, vandalism, destruction of government property (mail box), possession of a deadly weapon, constructing explosive devices, detonating explosive devices in city limits, operating explosives without permit, public nuiscance, disturbing the peace... as well as any other charges that the people would want to press on me... such as trespassing...
I may not be in for the rest of my life... but I would be in for a very very very long time. One of the younger kids that use to run around with me and my friends when I was in high school is a seior now and he just got caught doing it a few months ago and he got 10 hrs community service and probation for 6 months... that's it.
not to mention if you get caught with drugs like weed when you're underage you get probation.... you get jail time if you get caught when you're older than 18. I never carried any drugs though.
