Well, considering musicians aren't union, all the members of Cream are up there in age so this is probably their pension...LOL. But seriously, those prices are downright horrid. There's a local band from Pittsburgh that's semi-famous here on the east coast, and I NEVER pay more than $20 for one of their shows and get just as good a night's entertainment.

Well Dragonforce isn't exactly Cream as far as legendary status goes...
Still...pricey. I wouldn't see it. And I don't think I know anyone willing to spend that much to see Cream. I never liked them that much anyway, got old too fast (and I don't mean aged).

holy crap dude!!!! that's seriously expensive... how on earth can anyone afford that? oh man... with that kind of money, you could get a brand new gibson les paul custom... which will last you alot longer then a concert that will only last a few hours...

Well to me it is:
"we have totally lost sight of what rock and roll is all about. We are a bunch of corporate whores who will pander to whoever has the most money. Screw all the people who bought our records and went to our shows originally. We don't care about them at all"
Utterly disgusting. If I had the money Id not go on principle !
It is also a sure fire way of knowing the show will be crap. Full of old lifeless duffers filling there bank accounts !
Id rather go and see Motorhead at 30 bucks a ticket !

To think, all it would take is just one of my paychecks to get a nice seat in the nosebleed section. I think I'd quit a band before I'd let someone take advantage of my reputation like that. That's just ridiculous. And for Cream? Is Kiss even ripping people off that bad?
