Playing Behind Back
# 1
Get used to playing without looking at the fretboard. This is the hardest part of playing behind your back, because you can't see what you're doing. Know where on the fretboard you are at all times. Once you have mastered not looking at the fretboard, then you can move up to playing behind your back. The hard thing about this is the awkward hand position. Of course, it becomes less awkward with practice.
