I have a friend who doesnt have a tv, his family just never believed in it! My uncle is then same...his house has no TV! I would get a tv just for DVD's and playstation (never had one of them, now we got one in our house and those things are ****ing amazing!),but not for much more!
I've got a tv just for those reasons. Movies are fun because they're untame and aren't forced into the same polished up style that television shows are. Being the horror movie freak that I am, it's hard to find a good horror flick at all, let alone one that can be accepted on television. And video games... I like games. I've been unleashing all hell with resident evil lately. No particular one. I've been playing zero, remake and 4 mostly though.
