The overall idea maybe is the same but I dont think they meant it that way.My song ironically has "welcome to the dawning..." and I can tell u i wasnt thinking American Idiot at the time.More like wtf has happened to the world? I think the reason it resembles several songs is because its alittle cliched which is why im removing it from my song.
