Alrighty, so I'm going to post a 28 second guitar solo that I put together in about an hour and a half using salvaged riffs and what not as well as improvising for the sake of time signatures. It sounds muddy so no need to let me know of that. It travels at about 150 bpm and all music was written and performed by myself. Bass is my stupid Squier p-bass, rhythm guitars were done by my Fender and leads were done via SG. You don't have to register just to hit play and listen, but if you want to download, review or do anything else, then a registration will be needed. Enjoy or don't enjoy.

I tried that, but it started breaking up at that point. This isn't exactly my finished version, I'm gonna cram a whole song on the end of that.

I tried that, but it started breaking up at that point. This isn't exactly my finished version though, no way would I settle with that for a final. Just wanted get something up and going. My recording habits have gone down and what not, but furthermore any suggestions on production are more than welcome.

I will join and enter the 30 second solo contest...then listen.

Let's see, my own personal speed record is a 30 note acsending, then
descending, diminished run...

30 notes in less than 2.8 seconds....not counting the Lynch inspired
"Yehyooooooooowwww!!!!!!!....pinch harmonic vibrato at the end.

I will enter that, LMAO....and save everybody the other 27.2 seconds of their
lives...

Seriously, I might join that little compo, and plan on doing Guitar Wars as well,
sometime in the near future. :cool:

Shame you don't have a direct link to your file, least that I could see.

WMP, Realplayer, and those little things kill...recordings...muffle them..take away the stereo field.

Well I can play a BILLION GAJILLION notes in HALF a second!

Actually I can probably slam out 10 or 12...Nice sweeping from what I could hear! I need to get crackin'! Can you send me a powertab of those sweeps?
