Emg after burner
I was recently on the emg pickups website and I saw something called the emg afterburner, I don't have active pickups so will this create installation problems? Im installing it on an Sg if i do getit. and for any of you who have experience with it is it good?

Its a a guitar 'booster' correct?You would be much better served with a pedal like a duncan pickup booster or something for sheer conviniance

I have the EMG Hz on my Jackson. The have a tap for +20 db boost.
It is not brilliant.
It is good for pinch harmonics and whammy dives and bringing up the noise floor. It is also good for overloading inputs.
I think they are very so so !
