"Ed's very infamous for being an arsehole to his customers. I don't believe your story. There's no way someone who butchers their own language like you do could afford a quicksilver."

Low blow shot, but I don't make my money writing books. I don't make my money working with english or grammar, and if English was my first and only language, i'm sure i would be better at it. I do make my money making music and I don't come here looking to agrue with anyone, but to state an opinion, one I believe is right. You don't have to believe my story, nor am I gotta agrue until you do, but just know I perfer a quicksilver over a PRS any day. It's a matter of choice and perference.

However, to answer the topic of this thread. I finished playing a Jem the other day, and I must say it has a nice feel to it for an ibanez.

I don't think there can possibly be a right or wrong answer to the question "which guitar is best" as ultimately it is all down to personal taste.

I would advise extreme caution when dealing with Ed, I have heard a lot of horror stories form may different sources about deals that have gone bad and Ed never seams to be the one who suffers. Saying that, in all fairness I have never had anything to do with him and probably never will. Read into that what you will !

Yea, Ed does actually seem like a guy who would f--- over if he can, but I figure if you are really direct with him and just leave the store when he pressures you to buy something, it works out. Did for me.

The thing is a good PRS is so expensive and u could get like a nice gibson or two instead so i dnt really see the point of gettin a PRS but i geuss its a lovely guitar wid a lovely tone but i think they should lower the price a bit.It depends on the style of music u play cause i thoought ibanez were for shredding and the PRS seem's more versetile and can be used for just about anything

I have a PRS CE24 and it cast about 200 bucks more than my Les Paul. Can you shred on it, yep, can you play blues on it... yes.
