I have this video along with his video spedd lives. Its a great practicing tool and it will improve your playing if your not already familliar with arpeggios and sweeping. I also have the metal method course from doug marks which is alright, but I really recomend speed kills. Besides angelo is funny and hes a sick guitar player. BUY IT!

All Respect to his ability to play, but man that guy cracks me up, how he switches three guitars in one video, personallly i think his best parts in the video were the slow parts.
