I think most people do something like that when they play. I dont really do anything. I just look like i'm really bored hehe.
By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they're saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds. Tubes enter the saturation zone gradually or softly, which lends tube-driven tone its trademark yet totally unique character.

Whenever I'm giving my wah pedal a good workout I've been told I make the wah-sounds with my mouth. I think this is pretty common though.
Blues is easy to play, but hard to feel.

Sounds like me.

I think this is where me and Yngwie have something in common. We both try to make out with the air (or it looks that way).

I've been told I look like I'm having a really good crap! :p

Same grimace during the hard parts - same big, satisfied grin when it all works out. :D

Add that to the way I tend to raise the neck up to where my fret hand looks like a spider trying to eat my face, and I figure I'm glad I can't see myself!

I've seen myself on video and I kinda look like Steve Vai (Not the playing necessarily :( ). But I watched his Live in Astoria DVD where he makes it seems like the guitar is saying lyrics, when he hits notes he moves his mouth so it sounds like the guitar is saying the word his mouth was. I don't know if that made any sense but any Vai fan knows what I'm talking about.

I tend to do the wah face and the grimace of pinching off a big loaf. I also bang my head like Angus, somewhat on time, but not with what I'm playing, just a steady knod

I've been told I look like I'm bored (although I'm not)...no facial expressions. I move around, but apparently my facial expressions hardly ever change.

I've also started paying a lot of attention to my technique. Just recently did I notice that most of the time I rest the tip of my pinky on my bridge pickup (with my picking hand of course)...Just something I do that probably most other players do that I never really paid attention to. I also will change from holding the pick with my pointy finger and thumb to my birdy finger and thumb. Don't know why I do that, just something else I noticed I do a few years ago.

I've done that for many years as a way to control the stiffness of a thin pick. Because the index finger is a bit smaller, the pick is not quite as stiff as when you use the middle finger. If you have both fingers on one side, and press your thumb firmly against the other side, the pick will become curved instead of flat, making it much stiffer. I find that this gives me the best of both worlds when I play a song that has both fast strumming and single-note picking.

At intense moments I tend to close one or both eyes, which means after lengthy playing Im partially visualy impaired and in a bit of pain.
I acutally video taped myself playing for the first time ever today! My fone has a camera and I rested it on my amp! Im well pleased!! I seem to have taken onboard all the attributes to appear cool with a guitar!!

What a great question! I think I kinda do the "super into it" thing. Super exaggerated full arm stroke for a sustained chord.
The taking a massive dump facial expression comes out when jamming hard and fast. Headbanging, even when alone!
