7 String guitar?

Hey.. it's me again.. still looking for the perfect 7 string. I was wondering where can i get an Ernie Ball Music Man Petrucci 7 string guitar, colo: mystic dream for less than $1000 bucks? Or where can I get an Ibanez S-Series 7420 guitar at a reasonable price?? Please help, I've looked in many places, tried many places, either nothing or waaay too expensive. Again please help. Im desperate.

Why not get a Carvin 7-string? They are great guitars at an even better price. (speaking from experience)

I think Azreal's dragon is a 7 string, you could try asking him !

For fear of terrible and swift demonic retribution I'm not even going to think about answering that question .........however he is bound to have priced stuff before jumping in at the deep end. I also think he has an Ibanez 7 or a 7 by another well know brand .

I second that. My bassist swears by Carvin. And I'm beginning to as well.

ps: me referring to that dragon guitar as a "monstrosity" can be taken with a very large size grain of salt ;-)

Hey, what do you guys think about this? I found a site where you can order a custom UV77MC (they do the swirl, the monkey grip, and the tiger claw) brand new, for less than a used UV77MC on ebay. (Usually on ebay a used UV77MC is around $1800-$3000, but on this site you can order just the body and the fretboard for $940 then order a floyd rose tremolo system plus whammy for.. I dunno, say $60-$70 on ebay, and order straight from DiMarzio 3 new Evolution 7 pickups etc. etc., and end up paying around $1600, including costs of installation when I send the hardware and the guitar to Villa Music. What do you think about that? Here's the link btw. See if I'm mistaken in any way. (probably am since these deals to me are unbelievable!)

my Ibanez RG7420 BP for example is a 7-string for less than 800 EURO and it rocks! not as much as the dragon, but still not bad!
