In this tutorial we'll explore some really fun introductory examples of bluegrass lead vocabulary. Bluegrass lead playing is closely tied to the chords you're soloing over, so we'll start out by building up a solid vocabulary over the ever present G chord. We'll break down, practice and play through three iconic licks and then we'll combine them all at the end to play your very first bluegrass solo.
