Description

In this lesson, we’ll learn the lead guitar part for the first chorus of the blues that gets played right when the tune starts up. We’ll also learn a little bit about how a good solo is constructed using musical elements called motifs and call and response style phrases.

For our tone, use a clean setting with a touch of reverb. If you’re using a solid body guitar, it might be best to dial back your tone knob just a hair and any electric guitar should definitely use the neck pickup setting.
