Description

Since there is no guitar on the original recording of this song, we’ve adapted the piano parts over to guitar. Any guitar, acoustic or electric, can be used. I’ve chosen a semi-hollowbody guitar, using the neck pickup for a round, full sound.

For amplification, I’m using a Fender tube amp set for clean with a touch of reverb for depth. Start out with the preamp gain around 30%, bass to 40%, Mids to 55%, Treble to 65%, and presence to around 50%.

I’m using a medium string gage - 10-52, as well as a heavy pick.

Gear settings:

Fender Twin Model:
Gain: 30%. Bass: 40%. Mids: 55%. High: 65% Presence: 50%
Reverb: Wet Dry Mix: 25%
