Description

Let's apply some of the concepts you learned about the most common timing in contemporary music (4/4 time), to understand and be able to play in the SECOND most common timing in contemporary music (3/4 time).

Try to notice that 3/4 time gives the music more of a cyclical feel, like it is looping round and round with its own graceful momentum.

3/4 time is also commonly called "waltz time", and is the rhythm to which people dance the waltz.

With all the strong basics you have under your belt already, this skill should come together without giving you too much trouble. But don't worry if it takes some getting used to - it's all perfectly normal!

Plus, we'll get to learn to play a new song, in 3/4 time, called 'With You I Am Whole"
