Description
This song was originally done by The Kinks, but today we'll be teaching the version made famous by Van Halen. This was the band's first single and launched the flame-thrower guitar techniques of Eddie Van Halen into the spotlight.
It's interesting to note that this is one of the few Van Halen songs where Eddie doesn't use a whammy bar. So if you don't have one either, not to worry!
This song is tuned down a half step to Eb and is in the key of Ab, but the instructor will be referring to the chords by their natural name "E", "A" instead of "Eb" or "Ab", to make things easy.
