Description

GUITAR: I'm using a Les-Paul style guitar, but any guitar with a humbucker pickup in the bridge position will work great here. Make sure your volume and tone controls are all the way up, and you are switched to the bridge pickup for maximum clarity and power.

AMP: Ideally, any Marshall style overdriven type amp can be used here. Turn up the drive (or pre-amp) control to get a nice rhythm crunch tone; nothing too fuzzy or over the top. For your lead tone, crank the pre-amp control up all the way for maximum sustain.

Here are my settings using a Marshall JCM-800 model:
DRIVE:45%, BASS:0%, MID:55%, TREB:45%, PRES:55%

HALL REVERB LEVEL:45%

The outro solo in this tune uses a wah-wah pedal, so to be authentic you should use one as well.
