Now that you've gotten comfortable with the basic thumb movement, let's add a chord on top played with your 1st, 2nd and 3rd finger (If you're holding a flat pick you'll be using the 2nd, 3rd and 4th finger).
We're gonna start out playing the chords as whole notes, then half notes, quarter notes and eight notes. Once we've tried out all the subdivisions we're gonna mix them up. Notice how it starts to sound like music!
